This year, Dior Joaillerie opens a brilliant new chapter with Diorexquis—a stunning haute joaillerie collection dreamed up by Artistic Director Victoire de Castellane. Since joining the Maison in 1999, de Castellane has been giving Dior’s signature style a modern, whimsical twist, and Diorexquis is her latest creation that captures that magic all over again.
With Diorexquis, she continues that poetic dialogue of crafting a collection that celebrates the three eternal sources of Christian Dior’s inspiration: enchanting landscapes, delicate bouquets, and magical galas.

Launched earlier this year at the historic Château de la Colle Noire in Provence, the presentation was nothing short of a dream. The château, a true embodiment of the French art de vivre purchased by Christian Dior in the 1950s, has always been a deeply personal place for the couturier—a refuge surrounded by nature and filled with his spirit. The rooms of the château, usually closed to the public, revealed Dior’s life in exquisite detail: his bedroom and office, intricate stucco mouldings, and even the marble bathtub with swan-shaped taps. Every detail reflected his devotion to beauty and craftsmanship, which one can see in Diorexquis.
At the heart of Diorexquis lies de Castellane’s fascination with the dialogue between nature and fantasy. The 163-piece collection captures moments of wonder—the icy splendour of winter rendered in diamonds, the gentle bloom of spring in floral motifs, and the radiance of summer in sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and yellow diamonds. Each piece feels alive, telling its own story of light, colour, and movement. De Castellane’s work always feels personal and recognisably Dior from afar. She’s one of the few artistic directors today who can boast such a distinctive signature style.

It’s called haute joaillerie for a reason. In Dior’s ateliers, every piece comes to life through attention to the smallest detail. One of the collection’s true showstoppers is the Forêt Nacrée necklace—a masterpiece that feels like a tiny enchanted world brought to life in jewels. Imagine shimmering fields of mother-of-pearl blooming with flowers, little deer and hares wandering beneath sparkling diamond trees, all centered around a breathtaking oval diamond. And that’s not all, some of the gems in the collection are simply awe-inspiring: a 25.85-carat Sri Lankan sapphire, a 10.59-carat Colombian emerald, and a 7.03-carat Mozambique ruby that steals the spotlight.
Throughout Diorexquis, de Castellane once again proves her mastery of contrast. She combines delicate materials with bold shapes; intricate techniques, with a sense of playfulness. The collection also introduces a touch of modern versatility, featuring pieces such as ear climbers, double rings, brooches, and tiaras that can be styled in fresh, contemporary ways.

For the upcoming Chapter 2 of the Diorexquis High Jewellery Collection, we got a peek at what’s to come. If Chapter 1 presented more of a garden and nature theme, Chapter 2 feels more like a romantic dream. Comprising fifty-four extraordinary compositions, the underlying aesthetic of opal doublets shimmer with infinite iridescent shades, and plique-à-jour transforms lacquer into radiant stained-glass creations. The aesthetic still draws from floral elements, but this time the mood is more whimsical—a dream of romance and hearts, the symbol of love, set within an enchanting forest fantasy. De Castellane has often said she seeks fun and joy in her jewellery design, and here, it truly shows.
Diorexquis High Jewellery Chapter 2 was launched in Langkawi earlier in November 2025.
