Your 2026 Rebrand: Tips & Topics For Your Best Year Yet

Enough with the same basic goals every year. Put your effort into things that will actually enrich your life.

The January rebrand is nothing new to any of us. Yet, the majority of us will have the same old list of things to do, which usually involves stopping something instead of starting it. Living your best life doesn’t just happen because you’ve finished all the mince pies, so I’m getting seriously intentional about what I add to my life to finally achieve the goals I’ve been talking about for years.

So, like me, if you’re planning to be hotter, richer, and happier for real in 2026, here are a few tips and topics that I’ll be adopting, which you can think about too.

Care For Your Collagen

By now, SPF should be a daily non-negotiable, and I do mean even if you’re indoors. Collagen banking has been trending this year, and there’s no better or more effective way to hold onto the internal fountain of youth. If you can see without the lights on, UV is degrading your collagen. But that doesn’t mean you need to be a sticky, ashy, greaseball on the daily. Why not add SPF testing to your list of resolutions this year, and hopefully, before the next 12 months are over, you’ll have a daily go-to product and a daily habit which will keep you looking your best well into your golden years. Why not make it a New Year’s rebrand pact with your bestie to test alternative SPFs and try each other’s to get there even quicker? Whether it’s the best tinted moisturisers for UV and visible light protection, or the essential chemical, mineral, and combo sunscreens for everyday use, add SPF protection to your rebrand this year, and you’ll thank me in 20-30 years.

On top of rigorous sun protection, this year I’ll be exploring more in-office treatments, and maybe you should too. There’s only so much skincare and so many supplements you can use before you max out the results you can achieve at home. So instead of buying another PDRN product promising flawless, filter-like skin or your 4th hydrating toner, consider pooling your budget into treatments by the pros. You can consider gentle radiofrequency for a subtle snatch over time, or even a trip abroad to invest in a full-day treatment package. However you’re investing your beauty budget in 2026, make it count—and I don’t mean another bottle to clutter up your bathroom vanity.

Find Your Fragrances

Adding new experiences to your resolution list is a given, but how do you enhance the everyday experiences you already have? For me, that’s the world of fragrance. Creating scent memories tied to the little things in life is an intentional way to elevate your daily routine. Plus, becoming the person whom everyone compliments for how they smell is a nice little bonus. Create your fragrance collection so your scents match your mood, elevate your events, and add a bit of magic to every day. I also consider how Singapore’s hot, humid weather interacts with scent molecules and how they wear on the equator. Some brands create fragrances specifically for hot weather, so you can wear your favourite notes without choking out your friends, family, and colleagues.

Thai fragrances are formulated to perform in heat and humidity without compromising on projection, longevity or sillage.

Eat With Intention

Food trends, both at home and in the wild, come and go all the time. This year, the TikTok girlies have been touting that beans are the way to get your life together, with some eating a can every day for 30 days to see the benefits. While this might seem strange, they could be onto something—nutritionally speaking. You can’t buy a snack these days without brands screaming how many grams of protein it contains, but what about your daily fibre? Fibre has been shown to help with a whole range of things, from digestive issues to skin health, and even reported hormonal balancing effects. This means beans could be your 2026 ticket to upping your protein and fibre at the same time, while addressing other areas of your health that could do with a new year’s boost. They might not get you a Bugatti or a Maserati, but if you want a hot body by summer, add a few beans to your meal prep.

Outside of the kitchen, I’ll be investing in meals that I really savour this year instead of eating out for convenience. Singapore’s food and beverage scene is constantly changing, but I’ve been really impressed with Belimbing and their new-generation Singaporean cuisine. The dinner menu is great for date night or for taking your bestie out on the town, and the lunch menu is a great choice for something more casual but still elevated. I’ve taken visiting friends 3 times this year, and everyone has said how much they enjoyed it. There’s also the iconic Nobu Saturday brunch if you’re looking to indulge in world-renowned delights without worrying about ordering the perfect dish. You can try as much of their miso black code or new style sashimi as you like, with a delectable selection of sweets for dessert.

However you’re spending the last few days of 2025, give a little thought to an intentional, happy, healthy, and hot 2026, and maybe start with these tips. Happy New Year.
