Alain Delon was known for his impeccable style—he was effortless, as though he never had to try too hard—and never needed to impress anyone either. A timeless icon in every sense, it was only natural that his name would inspire a fashion and lifestyle brand of its own. Now, the next generation steps forward. His daughter, Anouchka Delon, who has worked closely with her father, brings that legacy into a new arena with DELON, a performance-led brand designed for the court. And together with our friends at GRAZIA Pickleball Season 2, we got to experience the pieces firsthand.
With French roots and a love of thoughtful design, DELON is made for easy movement whether you’re teeing off on the golf course or mid-rally on court. The debut collection is created with tropical climates in mind, using clever, breathable fabrics that keep you cool and dry when the heat is on. From tennis and padel to pickleball and beyond, the pieces are sharp, sporty and thoughtfully crafted.

This year, GRAZIA Pickleball Season 2 was held at Pickle Social Club, where 96 players of all ages and backgrounds came together with one shared love: pickleball (and a healthy bit of competition). With two booths set up, one by the indoor courts and another outdoors, the brand showcased court-ready looks that delivered both style and performance.

Among the standout pieces we spotted on players and KOLs mid-match were the Soft Motion Active Crop Tee—designed with UPF50+ sun protection, cooling fabric technology and wrinkle-resistant properties, all while remaining lightweight and breathable. The Women’s Course-To-Court Pleated Skirt was another crowd favourite, as seen on Weena Marcus, complete with built-in safety shorts and practical side pockets for fuss-free movement when scrambling to save that impossible shot.

While matches were underway, family and friends (and players waiting for their turn) joined in the fun at the DELON booth. A mini, surprisingly tricky challenge had participants balancing two pickleballs on two paddles for 10 seconds to win a prize. DELON’s Classic Quadelon Caps were also a popular sight throughout the day. Just before the prize-giving ceremony, the brand held a lucky draw for 15 winners, adding an extra buzz of excitement to the crowd. The lucky recipients walked away with DELON goodies, much to everyone’s delight.
All in all, the DELON booth took centre stage at the competition. For a brand that’s still new to Malaysia, it was the perfect way for players, friends and families alike to get to know DELON a little better.
