All the Best Looks From The Odyssey Press Tour

“There’s always a second look” — Law Roach.

Long before its release, much talk about The Odyssey has been circulating our socials: from an all-star cast (which roused some debate) to a history-making film format. This adaptation of Homer’s epic ancient Greek poem is Christopher Nolan’s latest project, featuring a star-studded cast including Hollywood powerhouses like Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, and Zendaya. The film, shot entirely using IMAX film cameras, follows King Odysseus, played by Matt Damon, as he tries to return home to Ithaca following the Trojan War.

Another aspect of the release that has caught our attention is, of course, the red carpet looks. Weeks leading up to the movie’s release, Christopher Nolan and the cast embarked on their own voyage across four main cities to promote the film. Meanwhile, the world was logging on to social media every few days to see the latest archival dress or bespoke suits that challenged the boundaries of method dressing.

The cameras may not have picked it up (with the exception of one case), but these stylists were definitely working round the clock to put together look after look that never ceased to impress. With that said, you may have seen clips of Zendaya’s image architect Law Roach attending the Schiaparelli haute couture show in Paris and learn that he shot off right afterfreshly-debuted gown in handto London for the actress to wear it on the red carpet only eight hours after.

Now that the press tour has concluded and The Odyssey is screening in cinemas, we’ve rounded all our favourite looks from the tour. From Zendaya’s internet-breaking looks, to Anne Hathaway’s sophisticated maternity ensembles, here’s a look at all the best fashion moments from The Odyssey press tour that will go down in red carpet history.

To wrap up the press tour, Zendaya wore a Matières Fécales’ Haute Couture “The Ange” dress from their debut collection, paired with their latest Heeless design for MF x Christian Louboutin.

“Law asked us to save this dress for Z almost 2 years ago as it was our first couture finale look,” wrote the fashion house on their Instagram page, “We kept our promise and turned down so many great requests but knew this was the right fit for such an important creation in our archive. This moment is so special and we are so grateful to be part of Law and Zendaya’s fearless vision and legacy.”
