The beautiful scents at Diptyque are many but Do Son holds a special place in the Maison’s heritage. Comprising tuberose, orange blossom and jasmine, Do Son flaunts a warm marine harmony, inspired by Yves Coueslant’s memory of a childhood spent at Vietnamese coastal towns.
This year, it recounts its story in a new creative expression where an animated short conceived by Parisian studio Werlen Meyer and British musician James Blake evokes a cinematic journey of Do Son’s inception—whisking us from the romantic skyline of Paris to the otherworldly island landscape of Ha Long Bay.
