Bernard Chandran Unveils MYTH Creation: A Spiritual Renaissance Through Personal Transformation

Fashion meets reflection in MYTH Creation—a new exhibition by Dato’ Sri Bernard Chandran showing at the renowned designer’s own studio, just ahead of the Lunar New Year. Inspired by the Year of the Wood Snake and Chandran’s period of silent meditation in India, the exhibition marks an introspective chapter in his creative journey. Debuting alongside MYTHS of Aura, a series of four works focused on renewal, spirituality, enlightenment, and passion, MYTH Creation represents Chandran’s metamorphosis into who he is today.

Utile and LIHIL Leather Goods Pop-Up
For an exclusive peek at exciting local leatherwork and designs this month, you’ll want to swing by Phase Space in PJ. The space itself is a curated platform supporting independent makers and niche talents, where Malaysian leather brand Utile, in collaboration with Lihil Lederwerkstatt, will be spotlighting their hand-crafted works. Founded by Terance Chen, the Penang-based brand specialises in artisanal and bespoke leather goods. With thoughtful, unique pieces as well as installation art on display, the launch party will take place on the 6th February at 9 pm, and the pop-up will last through the weekend.
