Although the fates of the characters of The White Lotus are always up in the air, the same cannot be said for the show itself. The hit HBO show is gearing up for it’s fourth season, meaning we have at least one more deadly White Lotus stay ahead of us, and hopefully many more.
While we don’t know much about the next series of The White Lotus yet, it’s a safe bet to say it will likely feature another wealthy family, frazzled hotel manager, and perhaps— like series three— more than one dead body.
Plus, we know that some very exciting new names have also signed up for the hit show – from a Harry Potter star to an ex-Disney singer.
So, when does the show air? Who is in the cast? And where will it be filmed? Here’s what you need to know about The White Lotus season four.
When does The White Lotus series four air?
According to reports online, The White Lotus season four will be filmed from April to October 2026. With that in mind, it seems likely that we’ll get to watch the show sometime in 2027 – although an exact air date hasn’t been confirmed just yet.
The new season, set in Saint-Tropez, France, will feature a new ensemble cast, with filming and post-production likely extending into next year.
Where will The White Lotus series four be filmed?
While we don’t know air date, we do know which gorgeous location the series will take us to next.
The first season took place in Hawaii, the second in Italy, and the third in Thailand. It’s now been confirmed that season four will take place in Saint-Tropez, France.

The stunning location isn’t quite what Aimee Lou Wood (who starred as Chelsea in series three) had in mind for a next season. She previously told heat, ‘I really want to see them do one in a cold place, like a ski season. I feel like it’s exactly the right kind of clientele for the show, and it’d be so cool to have a snowy vibe. Part of what makes The White Lotus great is everyone being a bit flustered and sweaty, so I’d love to see how that would change – and to see everyone in their great ski outfits.’
Who stars in The White Lotus series four?
If one thing’s for certain, it looks like there’s some exciting new names set to appear. Confirmed to be appearing in season four of The White Lotus is Alexander Ludwig (Vikings, Hunger Games), AJ Michalka (one half Disney’s sister duo Aly & AJ), Steve Coogan (I’m Alan Partridge, Night at the Museum), Caleb Jonte Edwards (Black Snow), Helena Bonham Carter (Sweeney Todd, Harry Potter), social media star Marissa Long, Chris Messina (Argo, Away We Go), Sandra Bernhard (Marty Supreme, Pose), Ari Graynor (The Beauty, Whip It), Dylan Ennis (Harry Potter audiobooks), Vincent Cassel (Westworld, Black Swan), Corentin Fila (Being 17, Wolf Hall), Nadia Tereszkeiwicz (Forever Young, Call My Agent!), Chloe Bennet (A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, The Land), Max Greenfield (New Girl, Veronica Mars), Charlie Hall (The Sex Lives of College Girls, Monster: The Ed Gein Story), Kumail Nanjiani (Only Murders In The Building, Welcome to Chippendales), and Jarrad Paul (The D Train, Free Bert).
Who is coming back for series four of The White Lotus?
So far we have very little info about the fourth series of The White Lotus, but creator Mike White does tend to bring back at least one familiar face per season.
Jennifer Coolidge’s Tanya returned in series two along with her devious husband, Greg, played by Jon Gries. Greg made yet another appearance in series three – this time going by Gary – with Natasha Rothwell’s Belinda also coming back to claim her happy ending.
It’s anyone’s bet who will feature in season four – but many fans are hoping Greg could finally find his comeuppance, so our money is on Jon Gries visiting a White Lotus hotel for a fourth time.
