The K-pop comeback season is upon us, and it’s packing some serious heat. From Blackpink’s party anthem to Katseye’s sultry dance track, this wave of releases is ready to take over your playlists—and your hearts. Expect explosive visuals, jaw-dropping choreography, and genre-bending sounds from powerhouses like Aespa and Twice, each pushing boundaries and turning up the volume on their signature styles.

Whether you’re craving slick dance tracks, soulful ballads or high-concept storytelling, we have you covered with the biggest releases. Buckle up: the countdown starts now.

Miyeon

Photo: Instagram / @i_dle_official

This isn’t Miyeon’s first solo venture, but her upcoming mini album MY, Lover is still a highly anticipated project from the i-dle singer. The tracklist has been revealed, and we now know the album will consist of seven songs: Reno (feat. Colde), Say My Name, F.F.L.Y, Space Invader, You And No One Else, Petal Shower, and Show. As for the sonic direction the album will take, the hints Miyeon has dropped about the pre-release single, Reno, have officially piqued our curiosity.

i-dle’s Instagram account revealed a Kill Bill-style mood poster featuring lyrics from Johnny Cash’s country classic Folsom Prison Blues, as well as a song snippet where Miyeon sings quietly over a plucky guitar. Blues and country are genres that K-pop has seen little experimentation with, so this marks not only a new avenue for Miyeon, but also for the industry as a whole. We’ll be streaming no matter what.

MY, Lover is set to drop on 3 November, with pre-release single Reno dropping on 28 October.

Itzy

Since their 2019 debut, Itzy has always delivered on their empowering and independent teen crush concept, giving us high-energy tracks with lyrics just as powerful as their beats. Their upcoming mini-album Tunnel Vision looks like it’s upping the ante with slightly edgier visuals—the three teaser photo dumps we’ve been given so far show the girls clad in leather and denim against street backdrops and subway tunnels. We can’t wait to see what Itzy has in store for us with the six-track album.

Tunnel Vision is set to drop on 10 November.

Kiiras

Kiiras are the newest kids on the K-pop block, but they arrived on the scene with a bang, and don’t show signs of slowing their ascent. Their debut single Kill Ma BO$$ crossed genre boundaries with its blend of country and hip-hop influences, tied together with a vibrant, kitschy cowgirl visual concept. The girl group also recently announced a comeback with single Bang Bang—and while we’re still waiting on more details about the project, the teaser posters’ dreamy neon aesthetic tells us that we’re in for something bold, playful, and uniquely Kiiras.

Bang Bang is set to drop on 14 November.

XG

XG’s first full-length album ‘Gala’ is set for release on 19 September. Photo: Instagram / @xgofficial

XG may be a girl group made up of Japanese members, but we all know that music transcends borders and language. The Girl Gvng singers, best known for their otherworldly concepts, killer dance moves and eccentric style, are set to release their first full-length album Gala this September. With beat-heavy earworms that feel K-pop-adjacent and conceptual visuals that truly scream of their individuality, we already know this album is going to change the game.

Gala is set to drop on 19 September.

Illit

The ultimate girls next door are back! Rumour has it, Illit is gearing up for another comeback this November, just months after the release of Bomb in June this year. The Magnetic singers have been gaining international attention for their fresh image, but maybe this next concept will see the girls trading their youthful beats for something a little edgier.

More information on Illit’s upcoming comeback will be revealed at a later date.

BamBam

A Thai K-pop star that’s captivating the world? No, it’s not just Lisa we’re talking about. BamBam, from the boy group Got7, is another Thai native who has amassed an incredible following with his raw talent. And while we already love his solo discography, BamBam is about to showcase a whole new side to him. His upcoming album Hometown is his first-ever Thai-language release, and it’s going to be big. His pre-release track Dancing By Myself features TimeThai, the Thai singer-songwriter. The duo came together for the record’s music video, and let’s just say, the charisma was off the charts.

Hometown will be released on 10 October.

Taemin

Taemin of second-generation K-pop boy group SHINee is coming back this September! As a soloist, Taemin has defied typical K-pop conventions through his innate sense of artistry. His powerful dance moves are now grounded by stable vocals that deliver a punch with every line. So, for his upcoming special single Veil, the anticipation is high for Shawols (SHINee fans) who have been waiting for over a year since his last album, Eternal.

Veil will be released on 13 September.

Update: Now that Taemin has been announced as a performer at Coachella 2026, we already know Veil is going to be on his setlist—and we can’t wait to hear a live rendition.

StayC

StayC is turning up the heat this summer with their highly anticipated comeback single, I Want It. The track embraces self-expression in all its forms—shining brightly even in life’s messier, more unpredictable moments. First teased during their Oceania tour stop earlier this month, the song’s bold intro, delivered live with the group’s signature charisma, has only heightened anticipation. Known for balancing contrasting moods with ease, the group once again proves they can be powerful and vulnerable, polished and raw—all at once. Following the release, StayC will be continuing their Stay Tuned world tour, bringing their message of fearless authenticity to fans across the globe.

I Want It is set to drop on 23 July.

Tomorrow X Together

Buckle up, Tomorrow X Together (TXT) returns with their fourth full-length album, The Star Chapter: Together. And this is a comeback of cosmic convergence. Unfolding across the group’s galaxies of lore, the new album extends their beloved Star Seekers universe, fusing fragments from The Dream Chapter: Star To The Name Chapter: Freefall. The album teasers have set fans on edge with a mysterious three-hour livestream woven with astrological cues and a promise of celestial connection. This is TXT at their most galactic—ready to write the next constellation in their universe.

The Star Chapter: Together is set to drop on 21 July, 5pm.

Blackpink

Blackpink made a triumphant return to the stage over the weekend, premiering their new single in over two years at the kickoff of their Deadline world tour in Goyang. Titled Jump, the high-energy track is a glossy, girl-powered anthem composed for late nights and letting loose. With pulsing beats and chant-worthy hooks, the song is a rally cry for moving on from familiar figures (an ex, perhaps), turning up, and simply dancing past the drama.

Jump is set to drop on 11 July.

BTS

It’s official, the BTS boys are finally coming back! After a long couple of years of the BTS members being out of the spotlight for their mandatory military service, the seven megastars are so close to releasing new music as a group again. In a livestream hosted on fan-platform WeVerse, the band confirmed on 1 July that they would soon travel to the US to start production for their album, slated for release next Spring. And that’s not all, the Korean boy group also said that they would be embarking on a world tour soon after. Armys, gear up—exciting things are coming your way soon.

BTS is set to release their album in Spring 2026.

Wonho

It’s time for a throwback to the early 2000s. Soloist Wonho is coming back this year with his new English single Better Than Me. The record, set to be part of the 32-year-old’s first full-length album release, takes inspiration from Western boy bands of the early 2000s, like Nsync and the Backstreet Boys. On this upcoming track, Wonho shares in a press statement, “This song is about knowing your worth, even when love ends, it’s okay to say, ‘You won’t find another me’. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is walk away with confidence.” Following his 2020 solo debut, the Korean star has been on a meteoric rise in the Western music world—take for instance his highly raved-about single What Would You Do from 2024.

Better Than Me is set to drop on 27 June, Friday, with Wonho’s debut full-length album to come out at a later time.

Katseye

Hybe and Geffen’s global girl group isn’t slowing down. Following the success of their hyperpop lead single Gnarly—which earned the act their first Billboard Hot 100 entry—Katseye is returning in full force with Gabriela, a sultry, high-octane visual leading the charge. The track was reportedly a demo for Rita Ora and Anitta before being scrapped. If that’s anything to go by, Katseye isn’t just taking leftovers—they’re turning castoffs into chart-topping gold. More than just the product of a survival show, the group is proving they’re a global phenomenon in the making.

Gabriela is set to drop on 20 June, 12 pm, with their second EP Beautiful Chaos following on 27 June.

Aespa

After a string of hard-hitting tracks—DramaSupernova, and Whiplash—Aespa is entering a bold new era. Their upcoming release Dirty Work, a gritty, genre-blurring album, promises to dial up their experimental edge even further. One thing’s certain: this is set to be another high-concept hit. Known for fusing cyber aesthetics with razor-sharp choreography and powerhouse vocals, the quartet is poised to show just how versatile they really are. From glitchy hyperpop to melodramatic ballads, Aespa proves time and again—they never miss.

Dirty Work is set to drop on 27 June, 12 pm.

BabyMonster

BabyMonster is gearing up to make some serious waves. Their upcoming single Hot Sauce takes bold inspiration from late 1980s hip-hop. YG calls the genre “music from 40 years ago” that he wanted BabyMonster, today’s teens, to revive with fresh energy. The result? A fiery, nostalgic track bound to exceed expectations. With a highly anticipated mini album on the horizon, BabyMonster is ready to make us all go Sheesh.

Hot Sauce is set to drop on 1 July, with their mini album following on 1 October.

Kard

Kard is back with a seductive, spirited vibe. Their upcoming title track Touch from the eighth mini album Drift promises to blend their signature dynamic sound with mature energy. The co-ed group, most loved for effortlessly mixing pop, dance, and EDM elements, continues to push boundaries while keeping fans hooked. Expect smooth rhythms and infectious hooks that make you want to move. This comeback is all about embracing confidence and charisma, Kard style.

Drift is set to drop on 2 July, 5 pm.

EXO’s D.O.

D.O. (Doh Kyung-soo) is stepping into the spotlight with Bliss, his first full-length album. And let’s just say, it’s already shaping up to be his most intimate work yet. Known for his velvety vocals and understated emotional depth, the EXO member is leaning into heartfelt storytelling and soulful melodies. Whether he’s crooning over acoustic strings or delivering soulful ballads, this comeback feels like a love letter to fans and to music itself.

Bliss is set to drop on 7 July, 5 pm.

Super Junior

19 years in, and Super Junior still isn’t hitting the brakes. Their 12th studio album, Super Junior25, marks nearly two decades of K-pop dominance—defined by charm, cheek, and sheer staying power. The title track Express Mode teases at the kind of high-energy showmanship only they can deliver: playful but polished. Expect throwback nods, slick choreography, and proof that when it comes to Super Junior, age is just a number.

Super Junior25 is set to drop on 8 July, 5 pm.

Twice

Twice is back to raise the bar. The nine-member powerhouse is getting ready to release their fourth full-length album, This Is For. This comeback marks ten years of chart-topping success, viral choreography, and sisterhood that’s stood the test of time. While details are still under wraps, this comeback feels like some sort of declaration—a reinvention of their sound (without losing their sparkle, of course). With stadium tours, solo ventures, and global acclaim under their belt, Twice is entering a new era. This one’s for the fans, and above all, themselves.

This Is For is set to drop on 11 July, 12 pm.

Jackson Wang

Jackson Wang is ready to burn the house down—again. The multi-hyphenate returns with Magic Man 2, the follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2022 album. If the first chapter was a descent into desire and chaos, this sequel reads like a haunted diary. “Waking up every morning with the same guilt and regret… Taken over by spirits,” Wang wrote on Instagram. “Chapter 2 is a story that I’m healing from. Even til this day.” This comeback alludes to darker emotions, heady visuals, and cathartic storytelling that blur illusion and reality.

Magic Man 2 is set to drop on 18 July.
