After two years of dating, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have finally made their romance red-carpet official.
Following Jenner’s solo outing to the Met Gala earlier this week, the couple attended the David di Donatello Awards in Rome on Wednesday, where Chalamet was set to receive the David for Cinematic Excellence Honorary Award.
The pair opted for complementary looks for this relationship milestone. The A Complete Unknown actor in a black velvet Tom Ford suit topped with a white floral boutonniere, and Jenner in a black, figure-hugging gown. Straight from Schiaparelli’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection, the dress featured a subtle printed motif all over, and thin straps crossing at the back. Pairing it with a black and gold clutch and gold statement Schiaparelli earrings, Jenner kept accessories boldly minimal.

The look comes after Jenner’s custom Ferragamo moment at this year’s Met Gala (where many had speculated the duo would make their red-carpet debut). The evening’s ensemble featured tailored herringbone fabric for the bustier and high-slit skirt—a subtle nod to the exhibition’s theme—connected by a sheer corset and paired with matching sheer gloves. She kept the rest simple with diamond earrings and black pointed heels.

First linked in April of 2023, the duo’s relationship was not confirmed until September of that year when they stepped out together at Beyoncé’s birthday concert. Since then, the two have been seen at a slew of star-studded events together. Just this year, the two have attended the Oscars, the BAFTAS, and the Golden Globes together. However, they have opted to walk the red carpets solo thus far, with this Wednesday marking their first walk and pose moment on the red carpet as a couple—a big move by Hollywood dating standards.
Let’s hope that there will be many more of these moments to come…
