After two seasons of nail-biting rallies, courtside style, and a growing community of pickleball converts, the GRAZIA Pickleball Tournament returns for its third instalment. This time, the action moves to Reserve Pickleball & Padel in Kota Damansara on July 25th, 2026—a fresh setting for what promises to be the most exciting chapter yet. Whether you’re a returning player looking to defend your pride, a first-timer curious about the sport, or simply a fan of great social energy, Season 3 is the one to look out for.
What is the GRAZIA Pickleball Tournament?
If you’re new to the series, here’s the quick catch-up. GRAZIA Malaysia launched its Pickleball Tournament in August 2025 as a recurring sporting and lifestyle event. It was part competitive tournament, part social gathering, and part fashion moment with the addition of Lacoste as our main fashion sponsor. The format brings together players of varying skill levels for a mixed doubles competition, with matches structured around group stages and knockout brackets. But beyond the sport, each edition is curated to reflect GRAZIA’s cocktail of wellness, fashion, and community.
Over the past two seasons, the tournament has welcomed seasoned players and first-timers alike, drawing in familiar faces from the city’s lifestyle and influencer scene and attracting a growing lineup of brand partners eager to be part of the action.
Season 1: Where It All Began

The inaugural GRAZIA Pickleball Tournament took place on a Sunday in August 2025 at Pickle Park in Petaling Jaya, and the energy was electric from the very first serve. Organised by Sheng Boon, the event brought together over 100 players, who were randomly paired as mixed doubles partners—creating an immediate sense of unpredictability and camaraderie on court.
The tournament’s debut sponsor, Lacoste, set the vibe both on and off the court. An all-white dress code was in play, and a number of players, including Fad Anuar, Hunny Madu, Jenn Chia, Weena Marcus, Yvonne Lee, and Shalma Aina turned up in full Lacoste kit, turning the courts into something of a chic sporting runway. Lacoste also brought along their iconic pieces for display—from the L.12.12 polo T-shirt to the Lenglen bag—alongside an ice cream cart and deckchairs to keep the off-court crowd cool and comfortable.
On the sponsor front, the day was packed. OPPO showcased their Find N5 foldable smartphone and ran strength and endurance challenges for guests—actor Nas-T notably held a 100kg barbell for one minute and 47 seconds. MG Cars had four models on site for test drives, with the Cyberster on display for photos. Diamond & Platinum hosted their own pickleball-inspired mini game, while Symphony Spread served up fruit, nut, and cracker platters with a range of spreads. Happy hour kicked off at 4pm with free-flowing gin & tonics from The Botanist Gin and highballs from Cointreau, keeping the atmosphere buoyant all the way to the final match.
When the last rally was played, and winners were crowned, it was Loreal M. and Arif Irfan who claimed first place in the Winners Cup. The Consolation Cup’s top spot went to Edric and Shi Yin. Prizes included Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur vouchers, Lacoste goodies worth RM3,000, and lucky draw prizes of the OPPO Find N5 smartphone and Banyan Tree KL afternoon tea vouchers.
Season 2: Bigger, Brighter, and Back at It

Season 2 landed on 24 January 2026 at Pickle Social Club in Bukit Kiara — a venue chosen for its thoughtfully designed courts and reputation as an inclusive, community-driven space founded by Mark Choo. The format remained the same: mixed doubles group play to 15 points, followed by the Winner Cup and Consolation Cup brackets, with semi-finals, finals, and third-place playoffs switching to a best-of-three series.
What changed was the scale of the experience around the tournament. Hydration was covered by Evian with still water and sparkling mocktails at their booth, while Heineken 0.0 kept the crowd refreshed throughout the day. From 4pm, Drinks Connexion took over with free-flow cocktails featuring Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple, alongside crowd-pleasing Lolea Spritz and Lolea Sangria. Delon showcased their latest activewear and handed out RM50 shopping vouchers on the spot. Hyundai offered test drives of the Staria, Santa Fe, and Tucson. NOA served elegant canapés, Symphony Spread returned with their signature yoghurt soft serve, and Canon set up a photobooth for guests to take home printed keepsakes.
The courtside crowd was a who’s who of Kuala Lumpur’s lifestyle set, with Weena Marcus, Bobo Stephanie, Yvonne Lee, Timothy Tiah, Arif Irfan, and Mark Choo among those cheering on the players—and, in some cases, competing themselves.
In the Winners Cup, it was Syabil Shaharudin and Asha Merican who claimed the top prize, walking away with an Ogawa massage chair, a Canon printer, a Delon outfit, Mizuno shoes, and Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur buffet dining vouchers. Runners-up Arif Irfan and Audrey Ooi received a Watatime watch from Jaguar, a Delon outfit, and Mizuno shoes. Third place went to Clinton Ho and Natasha Loke, who took home Mizuno shoes. In the Consolation Cup, See Sian Loong and Karen Kho topped the bracket to win Mizuno shoes, with Ken Foo and Charlotte Tsui Li in second and Wilson Cheah and Mabel Lee in third, both receiving Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur buffet vouchers.
