Spirit Forward is a series documenting the latest releases in the world of drinks. In this edition, we check out all the latest collaborative bottles to hit the Malaysian market, including the Remy Martin XO x Anish Kapoor.
Rémy Martin XO x Anish Kapoor

When Anish Kapoor was approached to design the Remy Martin XO bottle, he almost immediately agreed. It was a project close to his heart, as he grew up watching his father sip on a glass of Remy Martin XO after work. The bottle he designed, however, is an embodiment of his art style. Most will know his works like the Cloud Gate sculpture in Chicago, the Sky Mirror, and Descension—pieces that challenge the viewer’s perception. With his Remy Martin XO collaboration, it is no different.
His version of the decanter encompasses a minimalist curve with a concave centre in glowing amber tones—a tribute to the cognac’s rich colour. The front of the decanter is smooth, while the back echoes the classic scooped design. “I was working with the designers to make the decanter, relating
to this liquid and how it functions, this liquid which I originally knew through my father and have picked
up from my past over the years, so it’s become present and real. I toyed with it and decided on a much
simpler design,” Kapoor shares.
The Rémy Martin XO x Anish Kapoor limited edition will be available exclusively in The Chamber outlets at RM1,049.
Moet & Chandon x Pharrell Brut Limited Edition Champagne

Champagnes have always been synonymous with a celebration—so what better celebration than a birthday? Moet & Chandon and Pharrell Williams have decided to collaborate to make it a better one by reimagining the birthday experience with this collaboration. Their answer? A bow.
Diving into the archives of the House, Pharrell and Moet & Chandon discovered that back in 1889, the ribbon sticker we’re so familiar with today used to be an actual ribbon bow. And so, they’ve decided to bring it back for this limited-edition collaboration, with the Moët Brut Impérial dressed in Gold, Midnight Blue and Deep Red, as well as white for Nectar Impérial Rosé. Stamping his mark on this collab is Pharrell’s pearled monogram of his initials—P.W.—and pearled beads crafted by embroidered Atelier Baque Molinie. The crème de la crème in this collection is the 3-litre Jeroboam of Brut Imperial, of which only 30 handcrafted bottles have been made.
The Moet & Chandon x Pharrell Brut Limited Edition Champagne bottles are available in The Chamber outlets starting at RM3,899.
The Singleton Gourmand Collection

Whiskies paired with desserts is no new concept, but whiskies inspired by fine gourmet desserts, however, have our attention. The Singleton introduces its Gourmand Collection, an ensemble of three 42-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. Each one is inspired by a specific dessert: Fig & Chocolate Ganache contains notes of melted chocolate, cloves, warm spice, and vanilla oak; Caramelised Creme Brulee is rich and sweet with aromas of baked vanilla custard. Finally, we have Black Cherry Gateau—notes of ripened black cherries, dark chocolate, with a tinge of black pepper.
We’re still talking about whiskies here—not the dessert.
The Gourmand Collection is the creation of Master Blender Dr. Craig Wilson, which uses a 29-year secondary maturation process and a cask-layering technique that is responsible for creating those multi-layered, dessert-inspired profiles. “The Singleton Gourmand Collection is not simply a whisky release, it is a collector’s moment, created for those who seek depth, meaning, and indulgence in every experience,” says Diageo’s Marketing Director of Malaysia & Singapore, Madhan Ramasubramanian.
Globally, only 136 sets of The Singleton Gourmand Collection has been made, with Malaysia having a limited number of sets.
The Singleton Gourmand Collection is available in The Chamber at RM44,867.
