Paris Fashion Week, the final stop in the fashion month circuit, is always a highlight for street style enthusiasts.
Known for its effortlessly chic and sophisticated looks, Paris never fails to deliver on the fashion front.
This season, the street style trends at Paris Fashion Week SS24 feature a range of color stories, from a return to classic black-and-white to bold colors and playful pattern mixing, denim on denim variations, and statement accessories.
A Return to Black-and-White
Despite the popular approach to fashion week street style of trying to find eye-catching colors to capture the cameras, we are seeing a return to black-and-white outfitting in a big way. From classic tuxedo-inspired dressing to monochromatic ensembles, show-goers are embracing all variations of the formal color combo turned street style.
Bold Colors & Playful Pattern Mixing
On the contrary, bright colors remain a popular trend internationally across fashion weeks, and Paris Fashion Week’s street style is no different. With playful prints and eclectic colorways, attendees are using pattern mixing as a way to showcase fresh and fun individual style.
Denim on Denim
Similar to London Fashion Week, denim has made a big appearance across a variety of silhouettes on the Parisian streets. From layered head-to-toe denim jackets, skirts, and pants to more simplistic belted dresses, fashion enthusiasts are choosing denim pieces that are both stylish and unique.
Statement Bow Accessories
Earrings, rings, bags, and hair accessories are all essential elements of a Parisian street style look. This season, fashion week attendees are opting for bold and statement-making accessories, specifically in the form of oversized bows. From true-to-form bows in the hair to chunky oversized jewelry iterations, these bows are turning heads with a youthful aesthetic.
