On top of the traditionally-baked mooncakes available in five flavours—Pandan Lotus Seed Paste, Red Bean Paste, and Eight-Nut Treasure, to name a few, the hotel’s innovative snow skin collection is the one to try. The elaborate skin is infused with mint, dragon fruit, and orchid, producing rich and floral notes with every bite. New flavours to try this season from the snow skin collection are the Bird’s Nest, Dragon Fruit and Pecan Nuts.
