Louis Vuitton is stepping into a new era with the launch of La Beauté Louis Vuitton, a beauty collection brought to life under the creative direction of Dame Pat McGrath, DBE. Rooted in the spirit of travel and artistry, this latest venture is a natural expansion of the House’s heritage and holistic offering—and it’s dropping next week!
Having shaped beauty for decades, bringing some of fashion’s most iconic looks to life and revolutionising the industry with her own brand, Pat McGrath Labs, McGrath now lends her creative magic to Louis Vuitton’s latest vision: a beauty experience that goes beyond just products.
“Working backstage for over 20 years at Louis Vuitton fashion shows, I am thrilled to now play such a key role in the launch of La Beauté Louis Vuitton, which is the result of extraordinary craftsmanship, creativity and innovation,” McGrath shared in a statement. “The beauty universe is about so much more than just product, and what we are creating here will unlock a new level in luxury beauty.”

Though this latest chapter brings much excitement, this isn’t entirely new territory for the House. From crafting elegant vanity cases for toiletries to creating luxurious powder compacts, brushes, and mirrors in the 1920s to its modern fragrances, the Maison has long held a connection to beauty.

“La Beauté Louis Vuitton is a natural business evolution, driven by our meticulous attention to quality, formula and innovation,” said Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of the French luxury brand. “Through this new universe, we have the opportunity to further accompany clients in their everyday lives with purpose and pleasure while continuing to celebrate our creativity and heritage.”
Diving straight into the deep end, the inaugural collection will include 55 bold lipstick shades—a subtle nod to the Roman numerals for LV—that each embody the Maison’s dedication to craft, beauty, and timeless codes.
As a luminous and balmy counterpart, the La Beauté Louis Vuitton Baume collection consists of 10 sheer glow shades designed to nourish with a lightweight, buildable finish for soft-focus radiance. Powered by shea butter, hyaluronic acid, five-flavour berry extract, and upcycled mimosa wax from Grasse, the balms promise lasting hydration and 24-hour comfort.
For the eyes, the LV Ombres collection introduces shadow compacts curated with an edit of four harmonious shades; three wearable, everyday shades, with one unexpected twist—a standout hue that shifts the mood, adds dimension, or ignites a spark of glamour.

With packaging designed by industrial designer Konstantin Grcic, products are elevated by Louis Vuitton’s distinct motifs and commitment to longevity.
“Wherever possible, we designed the products to be refillable rather than disposable,” said Grcic in a press release. “We chose materials like aluminium and brass, minimising plastic and enhancing durability… These are pieces meant to live with you, to be kept, treasured, and used again and again.”
La Beauté Louis Vuitton will be available from August 25 2025, in select Louis Vuitton stores and on louisvuitton.com.
