On Monday night, the stars of I Know What You Did Last Summer hit the red-carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of the film. Nearly three decades after its release, the cast of both the original film and this year’s remake came together to show off their style.
Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. have reprised their original roles of ‘Julie James’ and ‘Ray Bronson’ for the film, whereas contemporary stars such as Madelyn Cline and Gabriette Bechtel are newcomers to the project. The film is said to mirror the plot of the original, and we’re sure there will be many easter eggs to spot on top of that.
Scroll on for red-carpet looks from the premiere.

CHASE SUI WONDERS

Wonders wore a standout set by Weiderhoeft, featuring a corset top and miniskirt adorned with lace detailing and small bows. The trendy ensemble was paired with strappy pumps and a dainty choker necklace from Presley Oldham.

JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT

Hewitt sparkled in an embellished Rachel Gilbert number which featured triangular detailing throughout. The column dress was paired with black and silver sparkling heels, as well as stacks of bracelets and rings. The look communicated an easygoing glamour.
SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR & FREDDIE PRINZE JR.

The iconic couple walked the carpet together, with Gellar wearing a floral Oscar de la Renta minidress with sculptural detailing. She paired the the look with orange pumps and a matching clutch, which emphasised the orange elements in her dress.
For his part, Prinze opted for a sleek navy suit and white T-shirt combination which complemented the blue tones in Gellar’s dress perfectly.
GABRIETTE BECHTEL

Leaning into a darker aesthetic than her costars, Bechtel wore slim black pants with a corset top. She paired the look with strappy black sandals and leather arm bands.
